Hi all,

I'm using mxfsplit -a for getting Metadata from a mxf file.
I'm interested in things like duration, width, height, aspect ratio...

Now if i call mxfsplit -a the Metadata are outputet, and in the CDCIEssenceDescriptor there is a value "StoredHeight", but it always shows 256 if the essence has 512 lines.

Is there a way to get the real value?

I think you should multiply with horizontalSubsampling value.
