Hi, are there any plans for mxflib to support different DM-Schemes and to load xml-files containing the actual Descriptive Metadata? Regards Harden |

Indeed there are... Currently MXFLib does support descriptive metadata, but does not ship with any DM scheme definitions. All you need to do is load an appropriate DM scheme xml file after loading the main dictionary file. There are plans to add the ability to load DM data from xml files so watch this space, or better yet chip in anything that you particularly desire and we will try to add it before the code is released. |

Will you be shipping a schema definition for DMS-1 at some point? Any chance you could provide an example source and corresponding XML file with some representative DMS-1 content, such as an instaniated Production Framework? |

i see several references to DMStiny in mxfwrap and mxfsplit but no .h or .cpp. google comes up empty. from where may i download this? |

DMSTiny is an internal project that may or may not be added to the main project when complete. Its code is deliberately #ifdefed out so as not to interfere with normal operation |
