Hello all,

Does anyone know how to partial an Avid Op1a Mxf file (codec: IMX30-50, DV25/50, DNxHD) with input Markin/Markout timecode?

Is there any C++ SDK or Commandline tools that can do this work?

Thanks

Alex

What exactly do you mean by "partial"?

Are yo wanting to trim the file so that only the essence between the in and out points is left?

MXFLib can be used for this, but there is no example application that does it.

You would need to write an application that reads the source file, and writes only the selected portion into a new file.

It would probably be easiest to base if on mxfcrypt as this already converts one MXF file into another.
